動態過濾 Dynamic Filter

每個 AI 通道只納入大於目前 LSL 的資料;低於或等於 LSL 的數值保留筆數紀錄但不參與計算。Only values above the current LSL are included. Values at or below LSL are counted as excluded.

樣本統計 Sample Statistics

平均值使用 AVERAGE 邏輯,標準差採樣本標準差 STDEV.S。Average uses arithmetic mean; standard deviation uses the sample STDEV.S method.

能力計算 Capability

上下限由你自由設定;Cp 反映規格寬度,Cpk 取 Cpu 與 Cpl 的較小值。Cp uses the specification width; Cpk is the lower of Cpu and Cpl.
